As mentioned earlier, Singapore is very near the equator 1.5 degrees north to be exact. It is a tropical country, and there are no distinct seasons. There could be occasional rain fall or showers but it only last for at least an hour. Heavy rain falls or thunderstorms usually happen around November to January. It will be wise to always carry an umbrella just to be sure.
